We will be gathering anonymised statistical information on trends and preferences Beyond the statistical analysis of the information mentioned above we may also gather details of your visits to our website, not limited to traffic data (your computer and IP address), location data and the resources which you access on our website with the main purpose of improving the quality and enhancing your experience with ShareItOn.

As a user of Recommendation Links, we will send you an e-mail in the months in which you actively use the Recommendation Links. If you do not wish to receive this notification, all you need to do is elect not to receive the notification e-mail at the end of the recommendation process on the recommendation form.

By using Recommendation Links, you agree to comply with these terms of use, and in particular you agree:

• not to misuse, falsify, rig or unfairly influence the donations received by any charity;
• to only send each Recommendation Link to friends whom you genuinely believe will be interested in the referred webpage or content;
• not to use or attempt to use the Recommendation Links maliciously, fraudulently or unlawfully and in particular, not to use the Recommendation Links for spamming purposes;
• not to infringe our intellectual property or the intellectual property of any of the registered Business Organisations, Members, Affiliate Agents or charities;
• not to disrupt, harm or infect our systems or software in anyway;
• not to impersonate any person or entity, or try to acquire personal data using our website or Recommendation Links.

We reserve the right to block your IP address at any time should we suspect such misuse is taking place.
